The Four Elements

Composition is nice I like the use of color. I like the mixture of realism and fantasy. Overall I think it's good, but, you need allot of little fixes to make this really pop. The illustration is too heavy on the right hand side and too much negative space on the left. Maybe making the water splash bigger and arch more would balance the picture out better. There are some issues with the direction of the light for your characters. I would work on how the highlights spread across the different animals, they all have a shiny, slight wet look to them. Also with creatures that close to each other some of the color would show up on the other creatures (more in the bounce lighting). Forms are nice. These aren't huge issues, but, if corrected they would push this to a new level.
