This time he is in the Captain's outfit from Hellsing OVA.
The difference is the primary weapon which is a rifle with explosive rounds. He carries two long range pistols in his pockets. His hat is different as well and he hides more of his face. For some reason, when he wears this, he is alot more serious than usual. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
